She shared the role of natural and nature-based features for flood risk management. She points participants to the International Guidelines on NNBF &#8211; an internationally written publication providing essential information on incorporating natural features such as dunes, wetlands, islands, reefs, and aquatic plants as part of flood risk management strategies.
