‘A work in progress’
This Coastal Trust’s Technical Handbook is a ‘living manual’ that will be added to and
updated as new information and resources permit. Consequently, there are sections
within the Handbook that are only partially complete at present. New Technical
Articles will be added when they are published, as and when current and future
projects are completed.
New sections will cover a wide range of subjects relevant to restoration of sand
dunes, including how to set up Coast Care groups, native fauna of beaches and dunes,
and weed and pest animal control. Information on latest updates published for the
Handbook will be posted on the Coastal Trust website as soon as they are available.
