When it comes to planning and constructing coastal and marine infrastructure, promoting nature-inclusive design has multiple financial, structural and ecological benefits. Through project case studies, we’ll explore different applications of science-driven construction incorporating nature and gain a deeper understanding of ecosystem services in urban and working waterfronts, as well as the implementation of a holistic approach based on scientific findings and monitoring results.
