Cameron Adams is a Policy Advisor with The Nature Conservancy’s North America Policy and Government Relations team. He leads TNC’s efforts to advocate for federal resilience and natural infrastructure policies that empower communities to prepare for environmental hazards before disasters strike. Cameron’s work has a particular focus on the vital role that nature-based solutions can and should play in risk reduction efforts. He previously held positions with U.S. Senator Chris Coons (D-DE), the U.S. Climate Alliance, the Maine Geological Survey, the Maine Department of Environmental Protection, and the Duke University School of Law. He studied Earth and Oceanographic Science at Bowdoin College and received his Master of Environmental Management from Duke University.
