Elissa Yeates joined the ERDC Coastal and Hydraulics Lab, Hydrologic Systems Branch as a research engineer in 2016. She supports a range of projects including continental-scale streamflow forecasting, Forecast-Informed Reservoir Operations, and quantification of social impacts for flood risk management. She received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Humanities in 2009, both from the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently completing a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University.
