Jeff Morris is a Senior Planning & Economics Consultant with Moffatt & Nichol who is currently providing services and support for clients partnering with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has experience in planning, economics, project management, and policy of USACE water resources programs, projects, and studies. He has worked for the Corps of Engineers’ Savannah, Jacksonville, Mobile, and St. Paul Districts, Headquarters Interagency and International Support (IIS) Division, and the Institute for Water Resources (IWR) Policy and Special Studies Division.
