Dr. Jennifer Miller is a research environmental engineer with the ERDC Environmental Laboratory in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Miller sits in Chicago and has spent the last 27 years working on a variety of Great Lakes problems. Her favorite projects involve sediment (clean and contaminated), beneficial use of sediment, and Engineering With Nature projects. She is also involved in the Great Lakes Coastal Resiliency Study. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a master’s and doctorate in environmental engineering from the University of Illinois.
