Dr. Laura Wendling is a senior researcher in Nature-based Solutions, broadly focused on development and validation of innovative solutions for climate change adaptation and sustainable water management.
Innovation topic areas: effective integration of blue-green-grey technologies; smart stormwater management; fit-for-purpose use of geomaterials for water pollution attenuation; resource efficiency, waste material valorisation and productive re-use; circular economy.
Previously coordinated the H2020 project ‘Urban Nature Labs’ (UNaLab, www.unalab.eu).
