Roopesh Joshi is the Acting Assistant Commissioner of New York City Department of Environmental Protection’s Bureau of Sustainability. He is the head of the Office of Green Infrastructure and Cloudburst Design and Construction. He manages the DEP’s Green Infrastructure capital projects implemented for stormwater management, water quality improvements and flood reduction. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with 23 years of experience in the field of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
